William Weldon

Born in 1844 at Oundle, he enlisted in the 106 LI in 1863 at Belfast. He rose through the ranks and retired in 1883 as Quartermaster and Honourary Lieutenant with 2 DLI. During his 20 years, he saw no active service. William Weldon died in 1923 at Alverstoke.
